Cady & Tate - Wheat Ambassadors

On Thursday, October 14 Davenport ECEAP Preschool and Transitional Kindergarten students enjoyed a fun family event with their parents. The students' teachers planned five hands-on stations with helpful take-home resources:

1-Preschool Concepts (exploring what preschoolers learn in school)
2-Learning Anywhere, Any time, with Anything (exploring how common household supplies can support preschool learning)
3-Little Fingers Can Do Big Things (strengthening fine motor skills and math skills through sorting activities)
4-Let’s Keep from Flipping Our Lids (understanding brain research about emotions in order to help support preschool self-regulation and self-control)
5-Building Our Home Schedule (creating a visual schedule to support a preschooler's independence with home routines)
